Privacy notice
This notice covers the contractor service inquiry form and the general contact form on this website. It does not cover the Home Current service-request preview, which has its own privacy notice.
What we collect
When you submit the service inquiry form we store what you typed into it: contact name, business name, work email, business phone, service area, the types of electrical work you selected, your website and notes if you added them, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We also store the date and time of the submission and a one-way hashed form of the network address the submission came from, which we use to limit repeated automated submissions.
Contact form
The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, and message, plus the fact that you gave service-only permission. We also store the date and time of the message and a one-way hashed form of the network address it came from, which we use to limit repeated automated submissions. The details are stored privately and emailed to the LocalLeadIQ team so we can respond, including to privacy or removal requests. We do not use the contact form to send marketing messages, add you to any list, or publish your details.
How we use it
We use contractor inquiry details solely to respond to your service inquiry and discuss service-area fit, lead availability, pricing, and coordination scope with you. We use contact-form details solely to respond to your question or request, including privacy or removal requests. We do not use either form to send marketing messages, and submitting does not sign you up to any mailing or SMS list.
Where it is stored
Submissions are saved in the database that backs this website, hosted by our hosting provider. The records are not readable from the public website and are not published, listed, or made available for download by visitors.
Email notification
When you submit either form, the details you entered are also emailed to a private LocalLeadIQ inbox so we can read and respond. That notification is sent to us only; it is not sent to any other recipient, and no confirmation or marketing email is sent to you. Delivering it means the message passes through the email sending service used by our hosting provider.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Beyond the hosting provider that runs this website, its database, and the email sending service that delivers our notification, we do not share these details with other parties.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep inquiries while we are following up with you or while the record is still useful to the business. We have not set a fixed retention period. If you want your inquiry removed, ask us through the contact form or reply to the person from LocalLeadIQ who contacts you, and we will delete the record.
Website measurement
To see whether our pages are working, we record a small count of page views and form starts. Each record holds only the page address on this site, the type of event, the website domain that referred you (for example facebook.com, never the full link), any plain campaign label attached to the visit, and short-lived scrambled codes derived from your network address with a private key that changes daily. We never store the network address itself, and because those codes change, they group activity roughly for a day rather than identifying a person. We do not record your name, contact details, form answers, search terms, or full web addresses, and we do not use advertising trackers or device fingerprinting.
Changes
LocalLeadIQ is a new business and this notice describes how the website works today. If the form or the way we handle inquiries changes, this page will be updated.
